Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at iwvplumbing.com and any plumbing services provided by Indian Wells Valley Plumbing ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), based at 443 W Church Ave, Ridgecrest, CA 93555.

Services

Indian Wells Valley Plumbing provides residential and commercial plumbing services in Ridgecrest, CA and the surrounding Indian Wells Valley, including but not limited to:

• Emergency plumbing repairs — burst pipes, slab leaks, water leak emergencies
• Drain cleaning and sewer line services
• Water heater repair and replacement
• Water leak detection and repair
• Whole house repiping — PEX, copper, and pipe replacement

All services are subject to availability and the specific terms agreed upon at the time of scheduling or service commencement. We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion.

Service Estimates and Pricing

Estimates provided by Indian Wells Valley Plumbing — whether by phone, online, or in person — are based on the information available at the time and are subject to change once work begins and the full scope of the issue is assessed on-site.

Final pricing for all work will be communicated to the customer before any work begins or before any scope change is executed. Work will not proceed beyond an agreed estimate without customer authorization.

Emergency service calls available outside standard business hours are provided at the same rate — Indian Wells Valley Plumbing does not charge after-hours surcharges for emergency response.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the agreed service window. Delays caused by traffic, prior job overruns, or other circumstances beyond our control do not constitute a breach of these Terms.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible at (760) 301-4233. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in a service call fee at our discretion.

Customer Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the property owner or are authorized by the property owner to authorize plumbing work at the service location
• You will provide accurate information about the plumbing issue and the property to the best of your knowledge
• You will ensure reasonable access to the work area, including clearing spaces near fixtures, access panels, and utility areas as requested
• You will ensure that water shutoffs and gas shutoffs are accessible and functional prior to the service visit where applicable

Warranty on Workmanship

Indian Wells Valley Plumbing warrants the workmanship on completed repairs for a period of 30 days from the date of service completion. This warranty covers defects in the work performed and does not cover:

• Pre-existing conditions unrelated to the work performed
• Damage caused by the customer or third parties after completion
• Failures resulting from conditions not present at the time of service, including new pipe failures in sections of the system not addressed during the service visit
• Manufacturer defects in parts or materials supplied by the customer

Parts and materials installed by Indian Wells Valley Plumbing may carry separate manufacturer warranties. We will communicate applicable manufacturer warranty information at the time of installation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Indian Wells Valley Plumbing's liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services or website shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, or loss of profits, arising from or related to our services — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for personal injury, death, or property damage caused by our negligence or willful misconduct, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable California law.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and service descriptions — is the property of Indian Wells Valley Plumbing or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
